Stopping / restarting or pausing a VM by mistake in a production environment may have a very high impact in critical environments. Users should get a confirmation message whenever one of those actions is triggered by the UI

User Stories

• As a VM owner I would like to minimize errors that may impact my environment and would like to get a confirmation message whenever I try to stop / restart or pause my VM
• As a namespace owner that would like to stop / restart or pause multiple VMs at once from the UI, I would like to get a single message about all VMs
