Description of problem:
The Run network latency checkup dialog allows user to select a primary UDN as a NetworkAttachmentDefinition. This will not work.

How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a primary UDN in a namespace 2. Open the Run network latency checkup in that namespace 3. Open the NetworkAttachmentDefinition dropdown
Actual results:
It lists the primary UDN
Expected results:
The list is empty
