Add NIC modal will crash UI if VM don't have any NIC

      Description of problem:

      Trying to add a NIC to a VM which has no NIC will cuse the UI to crash.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      kubevirt-hyperconverged-operator.4.99.0-2242

      How reproducible:

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a VM
2. Remove the NIC, and restart
3. Try to Add a new NIC

      Actual results:

      UI carsh

      Expected results:

      See the Add network modal

      Additional info:

      I only able to see this happen when I was cluster-admin which see all the cluster NAD's
