Apply optimized StorageProfile settings checkbox does not close StorageProfile settings

      Description of problem:

      When adding disk to Template the StorageProfile settings section in Add disk modal stays open

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Clone a template
2. Navigate to "Disks" tab
3. Click "Add disk" button
4. Check/uncheck "Apply optimized StorageProfile settings" checkbox, change the settings

      Actual results:

      StorageProfile settings section stays open, applying optimized settings changes nothing

      Expected results:

      Section is closed when automatic setting applied, settings are changed according to SC
