Description of problem:
If a VM is created with VirtualMachineClusterPreference with preferredTPM, there should be a way to express that the VM should not have a vTPM.
Actual results:
the VM can enable or disable persistence of the vTPM
Expected results:
the VM can enable or disable persistence of the vTPM, but also avoid the vTPM at all
Additional info:
something like tpm.enabled = false would be helpful
