Design a PoC that uses the passt helper and mocks sent by sbrivio@redhat.com. The purpose of the helper is to perform TCP_REPAIR on sockets opened by passt during migration. The design needs to be reviewed to verify that it actually proves the concept for the real usecase. 
The helper will be invoked by virt handler during migration, the mocks will be installed in virt launcher pods. The client will be a netcat server running in a third pod
