[4.18] Add Support for AIO Buffer Configuration in Warm Migration

      Currently, in MTV 2.7.5, testing AIO buffer functionality with warm migration fails.
      It appears that warm migration using CNV-CDI lacks the required configuration to enable this feature.
      This limitation prevents proper support for AIO buffer during warm migration scenarios.
