      Description of problem:

Though minCPUModel is removed from the kubevirt upstream, the Openshift Virt docs still explain about it

As part of this PR https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt/pull/7765, the feature is removed in upstream and upstream docs also are updated accordingly: https://kubevirt.io/user-guide/compute/virtual_hardware/#labeling-nodes-with-cpu-models-and-cpu-features

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.18 OCP Virt

      How reproducible:

          NA

      Steps to Reproduce:

      NA

      Actual results:

         Doc talks about unavailable feature.

      Expected results:

Unavailable feature doc should be removed. In OCPVirt docs, we should remove that section 'About node labeling for CPU features' and mention of minCPUModel in next section 'Configuring obsolete CPU models'

      Additional info:

Discussed this with bmordeha@redhat.com , who also agreed on remove of those doc sections.
