As this is a tier-1 enhancement, the QE testing effort here will be different than usual.
QE is not expected to compose a detailed test-plan, with detailed test cases (incluidng step-by-step scenarios).

QE is required to provide the recommended test scenarios to cover the feature, based on its design (especially the requirements/user-story section).
