Convoluted error message when creating a project with illegal UDN name

      Description of problem:

      When creating a project with an illegal name, the error message is not very user friendly.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.18

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Create a new project
2.Fill in the name field.
3.Go to the network tab.
4. Give the network a name like "My UDN".
5. fill in the subnet field with a legal value.
6. Press "Create"

      Actual results:

      Expected results:

      A more user friendly error message
