The DPDK checkup tests have some specific requirements:

      1. The checkup can only run on an Intel NIC with SRIOV support.

      2. The NIC must have a bandwidth of at least 7Gbps, otherwise this cluster is not suitable for the high transfer rate DPDK tests (2 out of total 3 tests, which uses '7m' for the trafficGenPacketsPerSecond parameter).

These requirements makes this module only suitable to run on clusters with NIC that has:

      1. A free SR-IOV supported Intel NIC that is not the Primary NIC of the cluster.

      2. Speed: 10000Mb/s.

So, for example, bm02-ibm has a free SRIOV supported Intel NIC, but this NIC's bandwidth is 1000Mb/s, so this cluster is not suitable to run DPDK checkup.

bm03-tlv2 has free NIC with SRIOV support ahd bandeidth of 10Gbps, but this is a Broadcom NIC, so this cluster is not suitable to run DPDK checkup.

      DOD:

      1. Map the BMs and mark BMs suitable for DPDK checkup tests.
      2. Add the results of the first step to GLPI.
      3. Add a marker for DPDK checkup tests (consider creating a marker for all DPDK tests and not a specific one for the DPDK checkup).
      4. Open a ticket to devops to create a DPDK lane.
