      Description of problem:

      After activating "Automatically apply this key to any new VirtualMachine you create in this project." in creating a VM from instancetype, the public ssh key not listed in "settings" "user" "Manage ssh keys"

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Crete a new rhel vm via web ui from instancetype with a new ssh pubkey and activate "Automatically apply this key to any new VirtualMachine you create in this project."
      
      

      Actual results:

      on creating a new VM via web ui, the ssh pub key is pre-selected as expected, but the key is not listed in "settings" "user" "Manage ssh keys"
      

      Expected results:

      The default pub ssh key is listed in "settings" "user" "Manage ssh keys"
