VMExport gating test failed after a wrapper change. 

Need to:

• Remove from gating: https://github.com/RedHatQE/cnv-tests/pull/2532 - merged
• Fix in the wrapper:  https://github.com/RedHatQE/openshift-python-wrapper/pull/2264 - merged
• Get a new wrapper version - done
• Update test in cnv-tests according to the wrapper changes: https://github.com/RedHatQE/cnv-tests/pull/2528 - merged
• Add the test back to gating - want to ensure that the test is stable in tier2, and only then add it back to gating
