Currently the new User Defined Network (UDN) feature needs HCO to be patched with featureSet TechPreviewNoUpgrade. Altering the cluster in this way changes the cluster environment and for this reason we created a dedicated flag (-m udn) to allow running only this module.

We need a dedicated lane that will periodically run on cluster deployed with  TechPreviewNoUpgrade and run the UDN module using the -m udn flag.
