Description of problem:
From OpenShift Virtualization 4.17, Filesystem RWO is supported for vTPM device. Also, if the storage class was not defined at "vmStateStorageClass", it picks the default storage class for creating the vTPM PVC. Please refer https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-40676 and https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt/pull/11773.
The doc https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.17/html-single/virtualization/index#virt-about-vtpm-devices_virt-using-vtpm-devices doesn't have these new changes.
