Lately we observed occasional failures of SR-IOV tests in different branches.
For example:
4.18 (ReportPortal)
4.17 (ReportPortal)
4.16 (ReportPortal)

We still didn't debug it thoroughly, so we don't know what the problem is and how to solve it.
From a quick glance - it looks like there is always an issue with test_sriov_basic_connectivity_vlan.
However, in the 4.16 example we see that there is an issue with the majority of the SR-IOV tests, where at least one of the SriovNetworkNodeState resources is stuck in InProgress instead of moving to Ready. This might indicate an environmental issue in that specific cluster(s).
