This epic is based on RFE https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-51066
Stopping / restarting or pausing a VM by mistake in a production environment may have a very high impact in critical environments. Users should get a confirmation message whenever one of those actions is triggered by the UI
User Stories
- As a cluster admin I would like to be able to ask all my users to verify VM disruption operations (stop / pause / restart)
- As a VM owner I would like to minimize errors that may impact my environment and would like to get a confirmation message whenever I try to stop / restart or pause my VM
- As a namespace owner that would like to stop / restart or pause multiple VMs at once from the UI, I would like to get a single message about all VMs
