The OS details of a VM are important even if a VM is not running.
This can be used by Admins to identify old OS VM that may have vulnerabilities, Old VMs that are not is use, based on old OS version and time in a non-running state.
This information is also important for OS certifications that might be changed for non runing VMs, etc.

If we have this data in the VMI we should save in to the VM YAML and update it when the VMI OS details are updated.
