Goal
Consolidate the sig-storage code in a way that will allow the storage team to work independently of others.
User Stories
- As a sig-storage approver who is not a root / core approver,
I want to move sig-storage related code, that is currently spread across the kubevirt/kubevirt project, under sig-storage-owned packages,
so I can merge code for my sig without having to depend on external people.
Non-Requirements
This consolidation is not covering the following exceptions:
