      Description of problem:

      The default project is not displayed in VM tree view, event when "Show only projects with VirtualMachines" checkbox id checked. It is only displayed when there are VM(s) in it.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Have "default" project empty
2. Check "Show only projects with VirtualMachines" checkbox

      Actual results:

      Project "default" is not displayed

      Expected results:

      Project "default" is displayed
