kubevirt_vm_resource_{requests|limits} metrics don't report InstanceType resources

      Description of problem:

      kubevirt_vm_resource_requests metric is only reported when a VM is created based on a template.
It is not reported when VM is created using Instance type or manually.

      1. Create a VM using Instance type or manually
2. Inspect the metric for this VM

      No data reported

      Expected results:

      Data should be reported in all cases
