      Goal

Ensure that kubevirt upstream ci platform meets its quality expectations.

      User Stories

      • As a CNV manager, I'd like to know how many of the many upstream failures we see on (ci-health)https://github.com/kubevirt/ci-health?tab=readme-ov-file#kubevirtkubevirt are caused by kubevirtci provider startup errors, and ensure it is less than 1%.
      • As a KubeVirt developer I'd like to know that all CI failures are due to my bug. I any failure is due to the infrastructure, I'd like it to be tracked and fixed by SIG-CI.

      Non-Requirements

      • List of things not included in this epic, to alleviate any doubt raised during the grooming process.
