      How reproducible:

      100 %

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a vSphere 7 provider skip the VDDK acceleration, and create a warm migration plan: mtv-warm-no-vddk to migrate vm: mtv-win2019-79

      2. When "Disk Transfer" phase finished, check the "Disk transfer" is not updated, it's still "0/12288 MB"

      3. Set the "Cutover" in the "Plan Details" -> "Virtual Machines" page for several times, can't trigger the cutover phase

      4. Set the "Cutover" in the "Plans" page for several times, can't trigger the cutover phase

      5. Check cdi-apiserver pod hit error: "http: TLS handshake error from 10.130.0.2:52052: EOF"
cdi-deployment pod hit error: "Pod requires VDDK sidecar for VMware transfer ....failed to get VDDK image name from configmap..."
