There is no indicator about the state of storageclass migration

      Description of problem:

      Currently, the storageclass migration is finished immediately, and the VM statue is not changed even the PVC in pending, user actually don't know if the migration is succeed or not.

Suggestion: 
1. add progressbar in the modal, but let user able to move away from there
2. add a badge like "MigrationInProgress" to the disks in the disk tab

2. Do the storageclass migration
3.

      Actual results:

      The modal closed immediately and there is no indicator about the migration state.
