T1 gating tests:

• must be stable - must have 100% pass rate
  • Any flaky test must be quarantined promptly
• must include only highest priority and critical tests which is a subset of full T1 associated lane
• Gating failures would be considered release blocker or major regression
• Lanes must be timeboxed (e.g. no more than 5 hours for 5 lanes)

Please note: Teams must ensure that their full T1 lanes are part of a scheduled job. This job must be running on a schedule (e.g. T2 tests runs once every week) at a frequency of the team's choice.
