VM disk is not saved a bootable volume

      Description of problem:

      The bootable disk of VM can be saved as bootable volume. When this is done, the new DataSource exists, but is not listed on Bootable volumes list

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a VM from InstanceType. Navigate to "Configuration" page, "Storage" tab
      2. Click kebab button in a row with bootable disk (rootdisk). Select "Save as bootable volume".
      3. Click "Save" button
      4. Navigate to "Bootable volumes"

      Actual results:

      The saved bootable volume does not exists.

      Expected results:

      The saved bootable volume exists.

      Additional info:

      The DataSource exists, but not labeled as bootvolume
