VM network page crashed by deleting hotplug NIC

      Description of problem:

      Hotplug a NIC to VM, migrate the VM, delete the NIC once the migration is finished.
The network page is crashed.

It only happens by migrating the VM, if restart the VM after adding the NIC, the issue is not happening.

      1. Adding a NIC when the VM is running
2. Migrate the VM
3. Delete the NIC

      Actual results:

      network page crashed

      Expected results:

      The network page is not crashed
