VM tree view can't be reopened

      Description of problem:

      When VM tree view is closed, the close/open button disappears

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to VirtualMachines page
2. Close the tree view

      Actual results:

      Tree view close/open button is hidden

      Expected results:

      The button is visible

      Additional info:

      Navigating to other page and back to VM page brings the button back, but the tree view area is wide
