Create a Polarion upgrade scenario for the C-UDN localnet based on this localnet scenario - The test that we will automate for this is this https://polarion.engineering.redhat.com/polarion/#/project/CNV/workitem?id=CNV-10751: create an additional OVS bridge and connect a localnet with VLAN tags define on it. Create two VMs and verify connectivity (TCP) between them.

Currently in our upgrade scenarios we are only using one of the available interfaces of the nodes, so we can use the second one for the localnet scenario.

This scenario was chosen because Scheduled upgrade jobs run on PSI with multi-nics enabled and Release checklist runs are executed on BM with multi-nics configured. So we need a scenario that can run on both envs, specifically under PSI limitations (the test using the default bridge and not creating an additional bridge can only run on BMs.)

      Please notes:

      1. Since we currently don't have the CUDN implemented in the product we will create the desired localnet directly. In the future, when we have it available downstream the test case (and automation) should be changed accordingly.
      2. Since we don't have the infrastructure implemented to create NNCP with bridge mapping, this step will be done manually and will be added to the automation in the future.

      DOD:

Write a detailed test plan in Polarion.

      Verify the test manually.
