Goal

T2 gating jobs takes 9-10 hours to execute and consists of 8 lanes. Since their creation in 4.13, the content of the tests has not changed much, even though new features are getting added every releases. Not all lanes are equally critical, and some lanes may never block releases, but they continue to be part of gating and have equal weightage. Goal of this epic is to re-review the content of T2 gating tests to ensure only critical and high priority tests that would truly block a release are part of gating, while rest of the tests would continue to run as a part of scheduled test jobs.
