Is it possible to find out how much resources would be required to move all T2 gating lanes to BM?

For now we can prioritize 4.16. 4.17 and 4.18, but we may have to consider 4.14 (EOL 10/26) and 4.15(8/25) at some point as well.

While the T2 lanes are mostly stable, once in a while we see failures with guest agents coming up or ssh connection to the vms - only while running on old PSI infrastructure (so far I don't recall any of these happening on BM clusters, please correct me if this assumption is not valid). This has been deemed as infrastructure issues most of the time by the teams triaging the failures. This issue is not new and have been seen for more than 1 year.
