Goal: Prioritize web console instructions over YAML instructions in docs. This project has been broken down into several Jira stories. This story is to address the following section: 

• Virtualization > Monitoring

Tasks:

For all procedural content in these sections:

• For any topics that have only a YAML procedure:
  • Research with UX and/or in the UI to determine if there is a way to do this in the UI. 
    • If yes, then document the web console procedure and add it to the documentation above the YAML procedure.
    • If no, leave as-is.
• For any topics that have both a web console and YAML procedure: 
  • Have UX review procedure for accuracy, and move web console procedure above YAML procedure in the docs (if it is not there already)
• For any topics that have only a web console procedure:
  • Have UX review procedure for accuracy.
