Network selection menu behavor is changed

      Description of problem:

      Network selection dropdown in "" modal works not as expected: when already selected option is re-selected, the result is empty.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to Network -> NetworkAttachmentDefinitions, create a NAD
2. Start creating a VM from template, click Customize VM button
3. Navigate to "Network interfaces" tab, click "Add network interface" button
4. Select the already chosen NAD

      Actual results:

      Previously selected NAD is unselected, clicking the "Save" button closes the menu with empty selection and causes error (see "add nic" video).

      Expected results:

      Previously selected NAD stays selected, no changes made

      Additional info:

      The menus in "Add disk" modal are working as expected ( (see "add disk" video).
