UI attempts to visualize deleted VM, instead of 'VM not found"

      Description of problem:

      If you access a URL of a deleted VM, the UI still attempts to 

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CNV 4.17, likely earlier too

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. visit deleted VM URL, 
      2. https://console-openshift-console.apps.cnv2.engineering.redhat.com/k8s/ns/pelauter-playground/kubevirt.io~v1~VirtualMachine/rhel9-silver-squirrel-29
      3. Also happens if you change the VM name to a VM that never existed.
      4. https://console-openshift-console.apps.cnv2.engineering.redhat.com/k8s/ns/pelauter-playground/kubevirt.io~v1~VirtualMachine/rhel9-silver-squirrel-45

      Actual results:

      VM detail screen appears, with no data.

      Expected results:

      "VM no found" or some other alert.
