      Goal

      The goal of this epic is to prevent an accidental deletion of a VM that is being used. When a VM is running, there is a bigger chance that it is being used, so we would like to force the user to shut it down before deleting it.

      • As a VM owner I would like to avoid someone deleting my running VM
