VM actions dropdown does not auto-close when focus is lost

      Description of problem:

      If you open VM actions dropdown and click somewhere out of it - nothing happens, the menu stays open. The suggested behavior is to close when focus is moved to element outside the dropdown.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to VM list or VM view.
2. Click on Actions button
3. Click outside of VM actions menu or press Ecs

      Actual results:

      The menu stays open

      Expected results:

      The menu closes

      Additional info:

      The same problem is with all virtualization items, EXCEPT Bootable volumes.
