After the release of 4.17.1 and 4.15.7 we had issues with snapshots that hadn't been created after some exploring with the Konflux team we understood that we have a resource limit on the snapshot object and we have hit the limit.

we don't have access to the konflux cluster console and only have access via the "oc" tool
