Status label value in kubevirt_vm_info metric should be in lower case

      Description of problem:

      The Status label values were added with a Capital letter. It needs to be in all in lower case letters like all other label values.

      1. Check the metric label value

      Actual results:

      First letter of teh VM status is a Capital letter

      Expected results:

      All letters should be in lower case
