      When tried to create preference from UI it still points to v1alpha2

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.try to create preference from UI

      Actual results:

      when we check cli prefernce they all point to v1beta1

      Expected results:

      should be same

      Additional info:

      Getting  : Admission Webhook WarningVirtualMachinePreference example violates policy 299 - "instancetype.kubevirt.io/v1alpha2 VirtualMachinePreferences is now deprecated and will be removed in v1."
