      Welcome modal cannot be turned off

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Visit Virtualization Overview
2. check the option "Do not show this again"
3. Move away and move back
4. the Welcome modal is still there

      Actual results:

      it seems the data is not saved when checking  "Do not show this again"

      Expected results:

      The welcome modal is closed
