      Description of problem:

      Doc Link: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.17/virt/release_notes/virt-4-17-release-notes.html#virt-svvp-certification

      Our docs say the following:
      "The SVVP certification applies to:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux CoreOS workers. In the Microsoft SVVP Catalog, they are named Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 on RHEL CoreOS 9."

      I don't see RHCOS 9 here https://www.windowsservercatalog.com/search?filterString=Red+Hat+OpenShift+Container+Platform+4+on+

I do see OCP 4.17 but then our docs our wrong: https://www.windowsservercatalog.com/product/03a3ff81-7c87-8c54-cc0a-b77ad8f0e0ad

This should be fixed, but also this guidance should have its own section in the docs separate from the release notes.
