Description of problem:
Create a VM without any NIC, try to create VM from template and remove NIC from it, it's not possible. It only happens when creating VM from template.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM without any NIC 2. Create another VM from template 3. Try to remove NIC from the VM
Actual results:
An error like "virtualmachines.kubevirt.io "rhel-9-orange-flamingo-97" already exists" happened
Expected results:
NIC is removed and the VM is created.
