      Description of problem:

      When using the export API with a VM that has backend storage, the backend PVC cannot be exported.

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Create a VM with backend storage
2.Create a VMExport of the VM
3.No backend storage volume available

      Actual results:

      No backend storage PVC available to export

      Expected results:

      Backend storage should be available
