Goal

Provide a tech preview of primary user-defined networks under OpenShift Virtualization.

User Stories

As a customer, I want to create a PoC utilizing the soon-to-be-released UDN feature set.

This is a TP tracker for https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-45524
Compare to the GA, there are some notable differences:
- This functionality is feature-gated
- VMs may suffer TCP disconnect during live-migration
