Currently, if the FBC pipeline fails there is no way to trigger a rebuild without recommitting over (the rerun option on konflux seems unstable, it sometimes selects incorrect commits). Right now the only way to retrigger a rebuild of the same catalog is to update the catalog with a different build, to then update again the catalog with your desired build.

Add some way to rebuild each version without having to update the whole catalog.
