      Goal

      OpenShift Dedicated is managed offering hosted on AWS similar to ROSA. The main difference between the two is who provides the cloud subscription. There is some interest in VMs running on OSD on AWS, and since AWS and ROSA are already supported we should get OSD supported as well

      • As an OSD on AWS customer I would like to be able to install OpenShift Virtualization and run VMs on my cluster/s
