Goal

The goal is to provide hard data about CNV gating failures, that is kept forever.
It should tell how many and which builds passed and failed.

It should provide a weekly report over email 
A table per z-stream with a row for each build and a column for every gating job.
Mark pass/fail based on the job success, keep empty if the job has not run.

• As a CNV manager, I want to be able to understand the state of our CI, and identify where we should invest more to stabilize.
• Adding links to the version explorer and to Jenkins jobs would be a cool addition.
