No backend development is expected here
IPAM is not a part of this epic - it will be tracked in a follow-up epic, where we will have to figure out APIs for DNS and route configuration, and the support scope (do we support more than one interface with IPAM enabled, ...)
UI work is tracked in CNV-52160
