Remove"Hide deprecated bootable volumes" on Catalog -> InstanceTypes tab

      Description of problem:

      Filter "Hide deprecated bootable volumes" presents on Catalog -> InstanceTypes tab.
Talked with Matan, we will remove the filter and the deprecated volumes will be hiden by default, a new option like  "Show deprecated bootable volumes" will be added in the filter options, when user check it, the deprecated items will present in the list,
