Description of problem:
$subject, the current preferences API only exposes `PreferredUseEfi` that can only populate `spec.domain.firmware.bootloader.efi` with an empty object.

1. Attempt to enable `spec.domain.firmware.bootloader.efi.persistent` using preferences
Actual results:
Unable to do so
Expected results:
Able to do so by providing a preferred EFI object to a preference, for example: spec: firmware: preferredEfi: persistent: true secureboot: true
